Order Processing

We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. A shipping notification with a tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is dispatched.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days. We appreciate your patience.

Please note that delivery estimates are counted from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Carrier delays may occasionally extend these estimates.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select regions. Please allow 7–21 business days for delivery. Delivery times can vary significantly based on your country's customs procedures.

Customs duties and import taxes are determined by your country's regulations and are not included in our prices. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is emailed to you at the time of shipment. If you do not receive your tracking details within 1–3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event your order is lost or arrives in damaged condition, contact our support team at trendifyshops@outlook.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date. Please have your order number and photographs ready.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. MIRCCO is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
