Return & Refund Policy

At MIRCCO, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Gift cards, digital downloads, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at trendifyshops@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

After we receive and review your returned item, you will be notified by email of our decision. If the return is approved, a refund will be credited to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days.

Payments processed through Shopify Payments are subject to standard bank processing times and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7–10 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us at trendifyshops@outlook.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at trendifyshops@outlook.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. MIRCCO is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at trendifyshops@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
